On December 18, 2019,            successfully carried out the motivational and career talk for SY/TYBSc/BSc(Computer Science) students on "Career opportunities in online trading of shares using advanced technology and sophisticated software."

              proceeded to engage the students in various aspects  about applications of sophisticated  software and advanced technology. Analyzing how logical and analytical background is useful to individual and society. He exposed students to the various career opportunities in the field of share market.


He encouraged them to seize every opportunity. He shared his experiences in ways that the students could relate with. This was followed by a short address by the past.

A trip to Nehru Planetarium and Science Park, Mumbai-January 2016

A study Tour  to  Nehru Planetarium and Science Park, Mumbai. An Excursion Tour to visit Nehru Planetarium and Science park (Mumbai) was organized by the department on 16 January 2016 . The team of around 31 students of S.Y/T.Y.B.Sc (Mathematics) and three  staff members visited the place. The   visit inspired the students for higher studies. Intercollegiate Quiz Competition -2024

  Department of mathematics, statistics in association with IQAC  had organized Intercollegiate Quiz Competition on 14th March 2024. The Competition marked a celebration of intellectual mastery and mathematical excellence. The event brought together enthusiastic participants from various colleges, like Nowrosjee Wadia College, Fergusson College, SM Joshi College, MIT-ADT University creating an environment of healthy competition. Total 50 participants have participated in quiz competitions of which 21 participants from outside colleges. The competition kicked off with an energizing quiz, testing participants' mathematical sharpness and problem-solving skills.   The event provided a platform for students to showcase their academic talents, fostered a sense of community among participants, and promoted interdisciplinary collaboration.
